On March 22, 2024, the Annual Assembly for the members of the Association for Support of Marginalized Workers STAR-STAR Skopje for 2023, was held at the Hotel Panoramika Design & Spa in Skopje, starting at 12:00h.
In accordance with the Statute of the organization and the Rules and Procedures of the Assembly, all members of the organization with voting rights, according to the Register of Membership were invited through a Public Call to the Annual Assembly for the members of the Association for Support of Marginalized Workers STAR-STAR Skopje for the year 2023, published on the website on March 1st, 2024. All members were also invited by e-mail invitations.
With the presence of the majority of the members with voting rights, according to organizational Register of Membership, the Annual Assembly for the members of the Association for Support of Marginalized Workers STAR-STAR Skopje for 2023, was held.
The Annual Session was chaired by the President. For the work of the Session, an agenda consisting of a procedural, electoral and working part was proposed, after which all the present members of the Assembly were called to vote on each of the listed items of the agenda.
After a quorum was determined for the work of the Assembly, according to the established verification of the presence of the Assembly’s members, all present members with voting rights made decisions for adoption of strategic documents of the organization resulting from the work and activities of the organization in 2023, as well as documents that are important for the realization of the work for this year.
Once the Agenda was absolved, the President of the Assembly closed the Session of the Annual Assembly for 2023.
