On May 22, 2024 (Wednesday), a one-day Career counseling workshop for marginalized women was conducted, as part of the project “Career Angels – An Innovative Career Development Model for Women at Social Risk”, organized by STAR-STAR Skopje in collaboration with Macedonian Association of counselors of career development (АSК).
Women who participated on this workshop gained knowledge on basic skills related to career planning, and additionally they developed knowledge about themselves as future career people and the basic elements of career planning. At the workshop, key concepts and understanding of the terms career, career planning and career development were elaborated. As individual products, all the women participants created their basic career plans.
This workshop is expected to provide further help and support to the participants in achieving their career goals in the process of integrating the labor market in North Macedonia.
