The 3th Regional HIV Consultation Among MSM and Trans People in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, organized by The Eurasian Coalition on Male Health (ECOM) is taking place in Tallinn (18-19 November).
The overall goal of the 3rd Regional Consultation is to develop multi-stakeholder approaches for acceleration of national and regional responses to the HIV epidemic among MSM and trans* people in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
The Conference is attended by more than 170 representatives of state, international and non-governmental organizations from 22 countries of the world, among which is a representative of STAR- The First Sex Workers Collective in the Balkans. The consultation hosts 15 sessions and 4 workshops addressing issues such as best practices in response to HIV; community participation in the design and implementation of National Health, human rights policies; public financing and sustainability of prevention programmes HIV among MSM and trans* people and others.
